Hi, I’m Taylor! I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer who currently works in healthcare and has a lifelong passion for movement. Growing up, I played multiple sports and stayed active year-round, which shaped not only my love for fitness but my understanding of how movement supports both physical and mental well-being.

Working in healthcare has given me a deeper appreciation for how the body functions—and how important it is to move with intention. I believe exercise shouldn’t feel overwhelming or temporary. Instead, it should be something that fits naturally into your daily life, supports your goals, and helps you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident.

My approach to training focuses on sustainable movement, proper technique, and building habits that last. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after time away, or looking to improve performance, I’m passionate about helping you find ways to move that work for you—so fitness becomes a lifestyle, not a chore. Movement is medicine, and I’m here to help you make it a part of your everyday life.
